Your documents are prepared for the imaging process by removing all staples, paper clips, binder clips, etc. After prepping your documents, our scanning technician sets up the scanner to best image your documents.  The imaging process captures your document at 150 to 300 dpi rate, resulting in an image that is sharp, clear and easily readable in its electronic format.
